    Leather pocketbook, containing notes concerning household accounts and purchases; furniture, books. Includes note: "At the instance of W. Joseph King of Myall Creek, [give?] & sign warrant for Cornelius Cope - for breach of the Hired Servants Act".

    With loose documents, including: receipt to Sir Thomas Mitchell for half passage money to London on Norman Emperor, dated in Sydney 9 August 1852; undated letter to Sir Thomas Mitchell re bill of lading; letter of introduction addressed to William Cume, Falmouth, dated 11 August 1852; and other receipts, bills and shipping documents.
