This land was originally granted in October 1834 to Joshua Holt and John Bray who held it in trust for Lucy Nobbs. It was then known as allotments 15 and 16 of Section 17 situated in the parish of Saint Lawrence.
Scope and Content
These documents describe the boundaries for the original parcel of land provided to Bemi from Norton Smith and Co. in 1845 and Bemi's subsequent description and survey of each of the four allotments and a sketch plan. Also includes some biographical information about Bemi.
