'A Woman's Memoirs', typescript with corrections submitted to Currawong Publishing Co. many years ago; appears to be the memoir of a Sydney woman who saw the first tram, undated. Includes 15 portrait photographs. 'Leaves from a Life's Story - a Pageant of Personalities', typescript with corrections, author unknown. 'Wheels in the Hand - the Story of Delfosse Badgery' by P.R. Stephensen, carbon draft, 160 pp. plus related correspondence [appears unpublished]

    Research material related to various subjects, including 16 bundles of photographic prints copied from institutional collections, or books, no originals, approximately 200 prints, mostly historical Australian subject matter. 2 scrapbooks: one 19th century newspaper clippings, the other miscellaneous clippings and loose business records, the latter in poor condition.

    Collection of black and white photographic prints reproduced in 1988 of Lord and Lady Wakehurst and Hill View, Moss Vale, ca. 1945.
    The collection also includes photographs of the Wakehursts at Government House, Sydney. It is probable the original photographs are held by (John) Christopher Loder, 3rd Lord Wakehurst, who loaned them to Caroline Simpson for copying.

Three of the binders consist entirely of copies of manuscripts in the Mitchell Library. Two of the folders consist of Tax Invoices

The contents include photographs, building specifications, correspondence, copies of research material about the history of the building and the area, reports relating to the restoration of Clyde Bank and consulting engineers' reports.
