    Fairlie (residence), Longueville, NSW was at one stage owned by the Chapman family.

    London trained architect George David Payne (1853-1916) migrated to Sydney in the 1880s. He later became known for his 1902 design of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Brisbane (completed in 1910).
