Jenny Darling & Associates is a literary agency based in Melbourne, Victoria. Jenny Darling was an assistant to Caroline Lurie at Australian Literary Management, 1990 and became manager, 1993.

In 1998, Darling purchased author agency agreements from Australian Literary Management and established her own literary agency. Darling is a founding member of the Australian Literary Agents' Association.

Australian Literary Management was established in Melbourne, Victoria by Caroline Lurie, 1980, and was sold to Lyn Tranter, 1993. The agency is now based in Sydney, New South Wales.
