This is a collection of original letters to and from Australian immigrant members of the extended Cooper family to members of the Cooper family in the various places including elsewhere in Australia, in Madras, and the United Kingdom, ca. 1829-1899, collated and transcribed by Jan Cooper (nee Abbott), 1935-2005.
The original letter and the transcription are housed in sleeves, in approximate date order, from 1829 onwards.
