    1. Copy of letter, dated Sydney, 1 August 1850, from James Atkinson to William Rutledge, about land at Belfast [Vic] Atkinson is prepared to release to the Crown.

    2. Copy of letter, dated Colac, [Vic.], 17 September 1850, from Alexander Dennis explaining why a publican's license was refused to Robert Drummond; with note by C.J. Latrobe concurring with the view of the Bench of Magistrates of Colac.

    3. Letter, dated Adelaide, 12 April 1839 from John Flatt to James Busby, begging cuttings of his valuable vines.

    4. Letter, dated Melbourne, 19 October 1839 from Charles Joseph Latrobe, to Sir George Gipps, about the welcome he received in Melbourne, matters of policy.

    5. Unsigned letter, 1840? about Latrobe's application for land at Melbourne, with plans, and bearing Governor Gipps' directions on the subject dated 18 April.

    9. Conditional pardon, signed by C.J. Latrobe and dated Hobart, 18 January 1847, for William Ryan.

    10. Copy of letter, dated Portland, 18 March 1843 from Charles James Tyers to the Superintendent of Port Phillip, about Asst. Surveyor Kennedys' conduct towards the Police Magistrate of Portland arising out of the enforcement of the provisions of the Dog Act.
