    Investigation by a court composed of the supreme judges and chiefs of Huahine into the affairs of the brigantine, Hannah, of Sydney. Includes depositions re the charges against George Norton, late master of the Hannah, for fraud and barratry, B.I. Feston, Supercargo on the Hannah, for fraud and embezzlement, Richard Bury, clerk to Norton and Festen, for fraud and breach of trust, and I.H. Matthewman, mother of Bury, as an accessory.

    Some of the depositions are in Tahitian with English translations.
