Includes letters to Francois Serveille, tailor, of Paris, from Raymond Legrand of the Ministry of the Marine and Colonies, and documents signed by Serveille, Baron R.A. Mackau and Admiral F.T. Trehouart. Included among these documents are detailed accounts of the costumes clothes and material to be supplied for King Temoana, Queen Taiaoka, the High Priest Taoua Veketou, the chief warrior Pakoko and the chief of the Happas Manou-Noui, and further instructions to Serveille.
