Includes New Zealand, Fiji, UK, US, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar, Germany, Scandinavia, Holland, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Iran, india, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines. Box 4 is chiefly of various locations in Israel with additional itemised list of 21 slides of Masada.
