    Photographs of New South Wales
    90 photographic prints, chiefly views of NSW produced by the Government Printing Office, ca.1879-1892, including the Garden Palace, the Domain, Valley of the Grose, Picton Viaduct, Blue Mountains. 45 prints are bound into volume and 45 are loose. D. S. Mitchell signature on 2nd last loose board at back of volume. Label inside back cover F981/P vol.7. Cover dimensions 32 x 44 cm.

    Title gilt-stamped on cover and spine. 72 photographic reproductions of early views of Sydney by or after Lesueur, Lycett, John Rae, F. C. Terry and others, and photographic reproductions of portrait engravings of Cook, Phillip, Hunter, Bligh and others. Volume partly disbound and plates removed. Annotated in pencil where sources of plates are identified, some noted as appearing in F981N (possibly Photographs of New South Wales, ca. 1880, [Sydney : Charles Potter, Govt. printer, 1892]?, or another volume formerly at this location). Label inside back cover X981.1/4. Cover dimensions 39 x 62 cm.
