'Dispensation granted by the High Court of the Ancient Order of Foresters, Newcastle under Lyne, county of Stafford, to Richard William Nelson, Thomas Collins and George Telford to hold a regular court at the house of John Pomroy Bond of Sydney, or elsewhere as the members may think proper, under the title of Court Royal Oak No. 2222', signed, sealed and dated 6 May, 1847. This was originally framed and in a wooden case. Frame and case now discarded. A copy of names of members listed on the inside of the doors of the case is filed with dispensation
