Edward Stinson was a local historian of the Wyong district. He died in 1989.

This collection comprises loose photographs and two photograph albums, one of which is titled 'Sentimental Treasures of Myrtle Louisa Lee' and includes newspaper cuttings and certificate of appointment as District Registrar of Births, Deaths & Marriages for District of Granville as well as photographs.

The lose photographs include a photograph of the 12th Regiment Australian Light Horse, Australian Imperial Force, 1914-1915 and a series of photographs relating to Chapman and Sons store at Gosford and later at Wyong.
