    Rosina Pinhey was an opera singer from Sydney. Her stage name was Rosina Sydna. She trained at one time under Mathilde Marchesi, Nellie Melba's teacher and performed in Italy and the USA. Members of her family held senior positions in government, banks and hospitals in New South Wales and London and owned a number of properties in Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
