  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    John Charles Lloyd was a pastoralist. He arrived in New South Wales in 1841. He managed Denison properties in Liverpool Plains District in 1848 and was in partnership with Wentworth 1849 to 1850. He purchased Wentworths Liverpool Plains interests. He also purchased and sold stations. He acquired some in partnership and some alone. He ws the member for Liverpool Plains 1864 to 1869. Mr Lloyd visited England in 1864. Bankrupt in 1871.
