Scope and Content
The illustration forms part of the title page of a composition, which reads 'Galatea Polka (morceau Brilliant) by R.B. Theobald. Composed in honour of H.R.H. the Duke of Edinburg's [sic] visit to Australia'. A copy of the music is available in the Music Collection at M/Theobald. The Galatea arrived in Sdyney on January 21, 1868.
