Material was presented to Mrs Macfarlane, a nurse at Sydney Hospital, by V.P. Taylor, while he was a patient there, after World War 1.

Three of the photographs are signed 'V.P.T.' and one is signed 'Aviator V.P. Taylor' on verso in ink. Three are dated, and all are titled, in ink on verso. Label is titled on front. Sheet is dated and titled, and envelope is signed an dated 'E.M.M. 1960' on front in biro
