A photograph and newscutting of 10.3.1990 (ML reference : SV1/Pub/Rex/1) describes the laying of the corner-stone for additions to the Sydney Exchange, and gives the architect of those additions as Arthur F. Pritchard of Macquarie Place. It is possible that this plan is also by A.F. Pritchard and is for additions to the Exchange Hotel on Bridge and Pitt Streets made at about the same time as the additions to the Exchange (situated on the corner opposite to the Hotel). The drawing is titled as above and shows a ground floor plan, sections showing lighting, and flooring structure, and is inscribed with a list of the additional rooms to be built.

Unsigned; the donor noted that at lower right was a stamp reading "W. Pritchard Architect Macquarie Place, Sydney". The lower corner is now missing and there is no trace of the stamped inscription.
