    Signed 'A.R.' in brushpoint at lower right, and 'A. Robertson' following caption in ink beneath framelines. Undated. titled as above on window mount. Hand written caption in ink beneath framelines as follows 'As captain Freemantle [i.e.] he landed at the mouth of the Swan River on May 2, 1829 and took possession of the west coast of New Holland in the name of his Brittannic [i.e.] Majesty'.
