The collection includes two drawings, one watercolour and pencil, and one pencil drawing with pasted-down pen and ink figure sketch. It also includes two lithographs, one titled 'Fall of Cobaw', published by T.&W. Boone, and one titled 'Cascata di Cobaw', published by Tipografia Giachetti. Lithographs compared to Mitchell, T.L. 'Viaggi nell' interno dell' Australia o Nuovo Olanda', prato, Tipografia Giachetti, 1841, vol.1, no.145 (i.e. pl.81).

Inscription compared to Mitchell's manuscript 'Journal of exploring journey 1836, ff.68-69, and after comparison with the lithograph 'Fall of Cobaw', in Mitchell, T.L., 'Three expeditions to the interior of Eastern Australia', London, T.&W. Boone, 1838, vol.2, pl.37, opposite p. 284.
