    Jim Fogarty, born 1932, Mount Morgan, Queensland developed an early love of the circus to become a promoter, writer and circus historian. He collected Australian and international circus memorabilia over a period of 50 years, gathered from well known circus families, reference sources as well as personal research to create manuscripts of his published (Wonder of Wirths) and unpublished works (More wonders of Wirths, Heroes of the Impossible, Wait till you see what we’ve got on the water, Circus and carnival transport in Australasia, Sawdust across Australasia, Golden memories)
