A typed set of captions, numbered 1-52, with some hand written notes, accompanies the collection which includes photographs of original and of some printed material, copy photographs and some original [?] photographs, 1 ink and pencil map, and 9 maps ready for plate making. Most captions include details on the source of the photographs as well as titles and some artist and date attributions; originals photographed date from 1830.
