Can find no reason for this title either on drawing or in Evan's Journals and reports (1971)

Another signature and title reading 'Crinum flaccidum Herb: J.H.N.' is written on the back in pencil, as is a note about Evan's daughter

It is not the same as Evans' signature on other drawings, which are signed 'G.W. Evans'. It is doubtful that the drawing is by Evans
