John Wear Burton by Dr. Christine Weir, Honorary Lecturer, College of Asia & the Pacific, Australian National University, September 2018. Attribution based on dates and places tallying with Burton's trips in the Pacific and comparison of handwriting of captions in the albums with his letters and notes.
