  • General note

This volume contains 15 original illustrations by Ure Smith relating to his work as an illustrator for Bertram Steven's book: The charm of Sydney / illustrations by Sydney Ure Smith ; quotations collected by Bertram Stevens. Sydney : Angus & Robertson, [1918]. The book seems to imply that Smith waited a long time for payment for the work he had done for Angus & Robertson. Dedicated to George Robertson, Smith's mocked up book complements the Library's Angus & Robertson Archive and holdings of the papers of Sydney Ure Smith. -- ML file
