- Scope and ContentIn the upper left corner of the banner is a Union Jack; below this the words "Wentworth and Bland" are appliqued in blue on white silk, with the word "and" being centered on a white star appliqued to the base. The right side of the banner has a pennant of white appliqued to the base, and onto this the rest of the slogan is appliqued in blue. the word "and" is centered on a red star
