  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    Walter Jago, journalist, was born at Gympie, Queensland in 1885. He wrote for Sydney newspapers the 'Evening News' and the 'Sun', and was editor of 'The Lone Hand' and 'Aussie' magazines. He was a member of the Dawn and Dusk Club and president of the Fellowship of Australian Writers in 1931.
