  • Scope and Content
    A collection of forms prepared under the auspices of the Returned Soldiers Association of NSW containing biographical information on soldiers and nurses for the use of A. G. Stephens, editor of Anzac Memorial, a book recording the names and deeds of Australians and New Zealanders serving in the war. The first edition was published in 1916 and it was planned to publish further updated editions.
    The completed forms refer to Stewart Milson, Astley John Onslow Thompson, Charles McHenry Draper, Frederick George Smith, Ronald Alex. Leslie Macdonald and Wallace Cox. Also included are rough biographical notes on Matron Gould, Ida M. Greaves, members of the Le Clerc family and Sir J. M. de Robeck.
