    ALBUM
    1. Album of drawings that mainly depicts domestic scenes, courtship, and recreational pastimes (such as croquet, card playing, cricket). Also includes illustrations of characters based on Edward Lear's nonsense tales and poems, and two drawings in a photographic studio. Handwritten inscription on the front cover, "March 19th: 1868 / 'Mutum est pictura / Poema!'" [Latin inscription that translates to, "A picture is a poem without words"]. On inside of the front cover is a dedication, "Original High Art: / kindly composed for and / dedicated to / DSM Bk. Al. / for the edification / and special / enlightenment / of his mind / during his sojourn in / Tartarus / by pitying Beings / in / Elysium / March 19th: 1868".

    2. With the Seasons Greetings, from Rose Scott to David, Christmas 1892, poems with views of Sydney that include Sydney Heads from near Manly; La Perouse & Botany Bay; The Gap, Scene of the wreck of the ship "Dunbar; and North & Middle Harbour, From Buena Vista.
    3. The Seasons Greeting, with dedication in black ink on the front, "David / with Rose's love / New Years Day / 1886" (6 page folder with illustrations and poems relating to the four seasons)
    4. Here's to the Maiden of Bashful Fifteen. By Richard Brinsley Sheridan. Illustrated by Alice Havers and Ernest Wilson. Hildesheimer & Faulkner, London E.C., with handwritten dedication in pencil, "David with Rose's love X mas 1888" (printed booklet)
    5. Six greeting cards stored in leather display wallet lined in blue material, 1879-1880. Nos. c & d have dedications to "David" on the reverse, with one card from Rose Scott, dated 1879 and 1880.
    6. Bookmark, pink coloured ribbon with lacework and embroidered text, "Kind words awaken kind echoes".
    7. Bookmark, pale blue silk ribbon, with lacework and drawing of a cherub, and text, "Happy New Year to You".
