    Contains papers concerned with the Empire Marketing Board including its establishment in 1926, relations with the Imperial Economic Committee, the reconstruction of the Board, 1931, and the abolition of the Board, 1933. Also includes correspondence between Tallents and A.C.D. Rivett, Chief Executive Officer of Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, 1931-33. Subjects include Empire agricultural economic surveys, work of C.S.I.R., economic conditions in Australia, E.M.B. publicity in Australia, etc
