    PC 1/37-92, 3967, 4303 (selected papers filmed). This is a varied Class, including petitions and letters from individuals, reports from government departments, papers in appeal cases, proclamations, etc. Most papers filmed relate to convicts and prisons, including letters from departments and individuals responsible for convict transportation. Other papers relate to New Zealand, the 1812 massacre of Maoris at Tippoona, to the Southern Whale Fishery, search for the wrecked ship 'Boyd', and to settlement in NSW.
