William Noel Hogan, M.B.E.was born in 1910. As a farmer and ricegrower he was active in the Ricegrowers Association and became secretary of the Yanco Branch in the early 1940s. In 1963 he was elected chairman of the Rice Marketing Board.
Scope and Content
Collection includes rough minutes of the Ricegrowers Association of Australia Ltd (Yanco Area Branch), correspondence, newscuttings, transcripts of audio tapes by Noel Hogan, short biography of Noel Hogan.
