• ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY
  
  The Sydney Gay Games, held 2-9 Nov. 2002, involved approx. 14 000 athletes from 77 countries, 25 000 visitors & 800 media reps. Sydney 2002 Gay Games Ltd was the host organisation for the Gay Games and Cultural Festival. The Company had a contract with the Federation of Gay Games. It had a board of 12 directors, approx. 60 full-time staff and approx. 300 volunteers. At the conclusion of the Games, the company abruptly dissolved - offices were abandoned, creditors moved in and the Website disappeared from the Internet
