  No.2 This signature is probably not genuine as it does not match Martens' signature elsewhere in manuscripts held in the Dixson Library, nor does it compare with the handwriting of the title

  These sketches were mounted in an album when recieved as part of the Knox Collection in February 1960. They were extracted , cleaned and remounted. Label on original album has been transferred to this portfolio.
