    Edward Alexander Curr, born 1892, is the great grandson of Edward Morrison Curr, who arrived in Tasmania in 1820, transferring his interests to Victoria in 1842. His son, Edward Micklethwaite, was a student in France in 1838 and published works on the languages of Australian Aborigines. His son was Edward Micklethwaite Vaughan Curr, born c.1855

    1838 Journal kept in France (partly in French) also used as a stores record 1847 and a journal July 2-Aug. 4, 1856 of a droving trip from the Tocumwal station in Wide Bay district to Melbourne, and Misc. papers.
