  • General note

    The collection of documents at MLMSS 1889X (microfilmed Sept. 2006) includes 5 items relating to P.G. King, George Taylor Rowe, William Lamb Chinese, Sydney Grant Boydell, and Sir Charles Augustus Fitzroy.
    The microfilm copy at MAV/FM4/2338 (frame 79: Rotunda 39) also includes copies of all items previously located at 'Rotunda 1-80' (mainly Australian views & pictures).
    Further ms. copies of King's Norfolk Island commission are at C 187, pp.1-3, microfilm reel CY 891 (P.G. King's letterbook).
    P.G. King's Commission as Governor of New South Wales, 20 Feb. 1802, is located at Safe 1/101 (CY 2207, frames 1-11). A transcript copy of that commission is available in the Bonwick Transcripts collection, in BT Box 60, pp.102-129 (Ref.1: CY 1904, frames 106-134).
