    Charles Sydney Fuller, 1837-1909, worked as a saddler in Goulburn, N.S.W. In 1877 he became Honorary Secretary of the North Goulburn Public School Board. His half-brother, Fred Fuller, also emigrated to New South Wales. Charles's son Sidney Howarth Fuller was a school teacher

    Include letters of C. S. Fuller to brother Fred in England, 1870-1874 relating to, inter alia prices, wages and immigration; and to the Secretary of the Council of Education, Sydney, 1877-1880 relating to North Goulburn Public School. Also include papers of S. H. Fuller 1882-1903, being mainly letters from the Department of Public Instruction, Sydney.
