Jane Catherine Cartwright, daughter of the Rev. Robert Cartwright, married William Thomas Fowler in 1832. Their children included Ann, born 1835, and William, 1843-1931. William Fowler married Ann Alice Comerford, 1879, and one of their children was Irene, 1888-1975. The Rev. James Boardman Cartwright was the son of the Rev. Robert Cartwright. Mrs C. L. Atkins nee Rucker trained as a nurse at Sydney Hospital

Robert Cartwright, material by and about the Rev. James B. Amongst the correspondence is a letter from Sir Henry Parkes, 1877
