Didier Numa Joubert, 1816-1881, merchant, settled in Hunter's Hill, N.S.W., after 1843 and in 1854 acquired land at Birchgrove, N.S.W. His son Numa Auguste Joubert was living at Terranora, Tweed River, N.S.W. 1917-1923, and also owned property in Hunter's Hill

(b) Rates notices from the Balmain Municipal Council, with some receipts, 27 May 1867-17 June. 1888. (c) Papers relating to establishment of title to Birch Grove Estate, 1 Jan. 1800-9 Jan. 1855, and re boundary line of Iron Cove Road, including correspondence with surveyor, W.M.
