Private William Henry Camroux, labourer of Sydney, New South Wales, enlisted aged 22 on 29 Aug. 1915 and embarked from Sydney on board HMAT A14 Euripides, 2 Nov. 1915. He served with A. Company, 17th Battalion, 6th Reinforcement in Africa and France. He returned to Australia on HT Takada, 24 Dec. 1918
