    Mainly broadsides of 2 political reform groups following Australian Federation concerned principally with the abolition of state governments, progressive land-tax, protective tariffs and socialism. Printed with MS annotations. The reform groups are the Australian Brotherhood, who were based at Emmaville, New England, N.S.W. and whose papers cover the period c.1904-1906, and the National Committee of the National Federation of Australia (usually identified just as the National Committee), whose papers cover the period ca. 1903-1908
