    Joshua John Moore (1790-1864), Lieutenant in the 14th Regt. of Foot, came to Australia, 1816, as Registrar of the Governor's Court, and clerk to his brother-in-law, Judge Advocate Wylde, a position he held until 1825. He owned land at Cabramatta, N.S.W. and in the Canberra district. Frederick Thomas Moore, born 1826, was the son of his first marriage
