Shino Konishi was the inaugural winner of the New South Wales Indigenous History Fellowship in 1998

A thesis examining how Aboriginal men of New South Wales, and to a lesser degree, Tasmania, were represented in the accounts and illustrations of late eighteenth and early nineteenth century European explorers.
