    Andrew Brown (1797-189-) was born in Scotland. He settled in Cooerwull Creek near Bowenfels in 1824. He was prominent in the local area, establishing a flour mill in 1857.
  • Scope and Content
    a) Silk ribbon with embroidered flower and `THE' at the top.
    b) Silk ribbon with embroidered flowers and verse `My Dear Friend. Remember Me! in the calm holy hour, Devotion's own when thou in prayer art bending, On thee may heaven its every blessing shower, Still let our prayers tho' absent thus be blending!'
