Patrick White's earliest known letters, written when he was six years old.
A musical excerpt (ms., in ink, 1 page) from the vocal score of the 1st setting of the opera 'Voss' by Richard Meale. Inscribed 'to Patrick from Richard' and dated 13 February 1980. The excerpt comes from near the beginning of Act 1 of the opera, where the character Mr Bonner (bass) sings 'I am behind you Voss...'. A small part of Act 1 was sung at the 1982 Adelaide Festival, and the full opera premiered at the 1986 Adelaide Festival. The music on this sheet differs significantly from the 1986 score. The libretto is by David Malouf.
