  • Scope and Content
The series comprises theatre plans of the Nimrod Theatre, for productions by the Nimrod and other theatre companies, and plans of Seymour Centre theatres and other theatres used for touring productions. Included are ground plans of theatres, stage plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, set designs, floor and back cloth designs, lighting layouts, prop designs and production progress charts.

Designers’ names are included in the list when they appear on the plans, although some plans are not credited. Many plans are undated and for those plans a date range has been assigned, consistent with the production dates.

Five sets of plans which appear to have no connection with the Nimrod Theatre are housed at the end of the collection.
