  • General note

The inventory compiled by Patricia R. McDonald in 1991 has been annotated with Mitchell Library manuscript location numbers. The order that the papers arrived in the Library has been largely preserved. Some of the original folders and wrappings have been discarded and replaced by acid-free folders. While the inventory descriptions have been used in the cataloguing of the collection, they have also been amplified in many instances.
