Mr Sidney F. E. Liebert, O.B.E., World War I & II veteran, writer, chemical engineer, member of the Parents and Citizens Association of New South Wales. Liebert was founder and business owner of chemical firm Murphy Liebert Pty. Ltd. active in Papua New Guinea post World War II and supplier of products to the Australian Army in the 1960's.
