Lionel Arthur Krone, agricultural journalist who worked for ‘The Pastoralists Review’ published monthly in Melbourne by Twopenny, Pearse and Co. between 1901 and 1912. He wrote ‘Pastoral Homes of Australia’ which was published between 1910 and 1914 by ‘The Pastoralists Review’ in both a four volume set and as separate booklets sold to property owners. He also enlisted in 1917 as a reinforcement driver in the First World War. Lionel Krone also managed The Krone Trading Company Pty. Ltd. and The Pastoral Publicity Company between, ca. 1948 and ca. 1974.
