Michael Eugene Kartzoff was a forester at Forestry Comission of NSW and Alderman. He served in the 30th Battalion of the New South Wales Scottish Regiment in World War II. He was in Russia during the Revolution and took an interest in Russian politics and anti-Communist movements, notably the Sane Democracy League.
